Waste Management Contracted Services

  1. After submitting your request, please place the empty can(s) at the curb and leave them there until the replacement or removal is completed. Replacements may take up to two business days. For example, if your regular service day is Monday, the replacement may occur on Tuesday depending on driver availability and workload, as we are currently awaiting a permanent driver replacement.

If the can(s) are not empty or are not placed at the curb after the form has been submitted, the driver will document “can not out,” and the service will not be completed. In that case, a new request will need to be submitted.

Please do not place the can in your driveway, as it will not be serviced from that location.

We will process all replacement and removal requests as promptly as possible; however, please allow 1–2 business days due to staffing and weekend schedules.

Requests to add a new can follow the same 1–2 business day timeframe. Service days for these requests are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
