Salt Lake County Parks & Recreation is finalizing its ten-year Recreational Facilities Master Plan, which will guide the development, improvements, and funding for parks and recreational facilities across the county. This plan, last published in 2015, serves as the "plan of plans" and plays a critical role in shaping our community spaces for the next decade.
Why Your Input Matters
The success of this plan heavily depends on feedback from residents like you. To ensure the 2025 Recreational Facilities Master Plan reflects the current needs and interests of our community, the county is conducting a Community Needs Assessment survey now through December 20, 2024.
Your feedback is essential in helping Salt Lake County understand what recreational activities, amenities, and improvements matter most to our community. Whether it's enhancing existing parks, adding new recreational centers, or developing more outdoor spaces, your voice will directly influence the county’s priorities.
Take Action and Be Heard
Now is the perfect time to share your thoughts on what you’d like to see in our parks and recreation areas. The more input Salt Lake County receives, the better they can plan for projects that align with the community’s needs.
How to Participate
Please take a few moments to complete the survey. It’s a quick and easy way to contribute to the future of our shared spaces. Share the link with friends and neighbors to ensure our community's voices are heard.
